ÃÛÌÒÉçÇø supports numerous academic clubs and student-run organizations that promote cooperation and coordination among other students, faculty members, and industry professionals working within diverse areas of study.
This page is just a sampling of the many clubs and organizations active at ÃÛÌÒÉçÇø. Members of the ÃÛÌÒÉçÇø ÃÛÌÒÉçÇø may view all organizations on . Students may also work with the Student Activities Office to launch new clubs and organizations.
Association for Women in Mathematics
Our purpose as an AWM student chapter is to encourage women and girls to study and to have active careers in the mathematical sciences, and to promote equal opportunity and the equal treatment of women and girls in the mathematical sciences. All students are welcome to join us.
ÃÛÌÒÉçÇø College Debate Club
This club will present an opportunity to engage in spirited civic discourse in various forms, including the tradition of debate. This club accepts people of all levels of experience and is open to adding more formats if there is a demand for them. We will regularly debate within our college and later on we will participate in invitationals and regional/national competitions.
ÃÛÌÒÉçÇø College Neuroscience Club (DCNC)
The Neuroscience Club offers students interested in Neuroscience a forum for dialog about relevant topics including ethics, neurophilosophy, and current research. The organization provides opportunities to interact with those who treat, investigate, and manifest neurological disorders, as well as means to engage in public education directed towards promoting understanding of and appreciation for the nervous system within the college and greater ÃÛÌÒÉçÇø.
Omicron Delta Kappa
O∆K encourages collaboration among members across the five phases celebrated by O∆K: scholarship, athletics, service, communications, and arts. Founded in 1914 at Washington and Lee University, O∆K honors and develops leaders through scholarships, workshops, career opportunities, leadership resources, and a lifelong connection to other members.
